Menu Inspiration

We custom create each of our menus for each event, but sometimes we all need a little inspiration!

 

Below are some examples of items we have served in the past. Please know we are never limited by this list, and can custom create a menu specific to you, your guests and your event! 

We also will gladly accommodate any dietary restriction, allergy or avoidance so please reach out with any questions or feel free to submit a Catering Request Form here, and include any items listed below or anything any items that aren't listed as we are not limited to this list

Endive and spinach salad w/ candied walnuts, bacon, bleu cheese, champagne and apple vinaigrette

 

Little gems salad with walnuts, beets, shaved fennel, pickled red onions, goat cheese with a roasted strawberry balsamic vinaigrette

 

Cucumber, tomato, olive, feta salad with red wine garlic vinaigrette (veg or vegan if cheese left on the side)

 

Panzanella salad- An Italian herb bread salad with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, basil, balsamic and extra virgin olive oil

 

Shredded green papaya salad, with mint, basil, cilantro, pickled carrot and daikon, toasted peanuts, Chile lime vinaigrette

Watermelon and feta salad with watercress and pickled red onion Orzo salad with chopped fresh herbs and grilled peppers, onions

Dessert Bar with Chef's selection of house-made seasonal desserts, such as tartlets, pot de cremes, mini pies, cakes, cheesecakes, panna cottas, cookies, truffles, or trifles. Open to requests and customization. We do not specialize in royal icing cookies or themed cupcakes)
**Please note we were not a Certified Gluten Free facility as determined by the FDA, so we can not guarantee our items to be certified as Gluten Free. Items will however be made without the use of  wheat products so please be mindful for those with strong intolerelances or Celiac's)**
